When our rental unit burned down and we were lucky enough to purchase a house from a friend, we were thrilled. We also had a lot of questions as first time buyers going through an especially stressful situation. Maya was referred to us by a friend and generously offered pro bono consultation on everything from a community lending program we had never heard of, to our contract, which she went with us line by line to make sure we understood everything. Maya’s incredible professionalism and consideration gave me the chance to discuss the possibility of entering the real state business in the future. Maya is an amazing realtor and after a long search, we are wondering what will we do without our weekly calls to Maya! She taught us what to look for and what questions to ask. When open houses didn't work with our schedule, she always made time to show us properties at times that were convenient for us. She is super responsive and always a bright disposition. She has a good set of referrals (that we needed throughout and after the process). Overall, we would recommend her highly.

I cannot recommend Maya highly enough. We had no idea what we were doing as first time home buyers. We fell in love with a house before we even had an agent. Maya jumped into action for us. The home that we had set our hearts on needed specific engineering consultations. I'd left a handful of messages with engineers with no response, but Maya was able to get people on the phone to talk with me within the same day. She is incredibly responsive and stayed on top of a complicated escrow. She cares about her clients and knows how to makes an offer stand out. She was a guide throughout the entire process. We've lived in our house for several months and she still checks in to see how we are doing. We wouldn't think about using anyone else to sell or buy a house. Thank you Maya!!!

I had no idea what it took to buy a house or where to even start. Maya was great. She was very helpful in explaining the process of looking into buying a house and connecting me to company to get a mortgage. She took her time to get to know you so she could help find the right house for the specific individual. She was easy to connect with and would go out of her way to let you know that she was working for you. I highly recommend her as an agent and when the times comes to buy or sell again I will absolutely be using Maya again.
