This property feels like a detached home, not only because it has the same amenities as a single fam, but it's also light & bright & airy w/ views & multiple outdoor entertaining spaces. The layout is that of an updated single fam home as well. It's way better than any other similarly priced listing in SC & doesn't even remotely come close to apartment/condo feel (which, is all other listings in the area right now); let alone it is located on a quietly tucked in residential street with multi-million dollar homes just a block away & Located in "Colfax Meadows" w/in highly rated Carpenter School District. Nobody in this complex moves.
